All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout the UK and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on location and courier. Any delays caused by customs or courier networks are outside our control.

3. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

4. Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return terms below:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to return it.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
  • Unless the item is defective, return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on this site are owned by Tom’s Model Trains. Reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
